Getting Healthy
I decided to go vegetarian/vegan (I’m not sure which one I am since there are a lot of different opinions out there lol) but I don’t eat meat, eggs or dairy. I did this just to be healthy and lose weight. It make me eat a lot more fruits and veggies, and I stopped eating fast food, and processed foods. This has been the only thing that has worked for me because i can still have my favorite foods but the calories are usually cut in half.
Im 5’7 and trying to be fit and healthy. The heaviest I have been is 180. Now I am 167. My goal weight is 130. But my real goal is to be able to be confident and feel pretty in clothes and not worry if I look fat. ( pretty much every girls goal)
